Four heats.
One craft

Every engagement runs through the same four heats, whether it is a two-week audit or a twelve-month build. Old craft, new metal. We work in the open, with your people in the room.
Heat, hammer, hold, hone. We heat the metal until it gives, strike it into shape, hold it under real load, and hone the edge before we hand it over.
